3. SMS and Mobile Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to the following regarding our SMS/MMS programs:
- Consent: By submitting a booking request or contact form, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages from Sprucify Cleaning Inc.. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [Support Email/Phone Number].
- Carrier Disclosure: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service schedule.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
